Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a registered user of the bd356 platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. "Including" means "including without limitation" unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on bd356, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the entire period of your account's activity:

Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform. bd356 may at any time, at its sole discretion, restrict or terminate access to any player's account in accordance with these Terms.

Account Obligations & Security

As a registered player on bd356, you accept the following obligations with respect to your account and your conduct on the platform:

• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your bd356 username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bd356 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Prompt Notification: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd356 immediately by contacting [email protected] or via live chat. bd356 will act promptly to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
• Accurate Information: You must keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be reported to bd356 support. bd356 may request supporting documentation to verify any such changes.
• Prohibited Conduct: You must not use your bd356 account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Single Account Rule: Each player may hold only one active account on bd356. Operating multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonus offers or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• No Automated Systems: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the bd356 platform in an unauthorised manner is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes is prohibited. bd356 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with collusion and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where collusion is detected.

Failure to comply with any of the above obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your bd356 account, the forfeiture of any bonus funds, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on bd356 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the bd356 platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bd356 may apply transaction limits for compliance or security purposes.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bd356 account within seconds of successful transaction completion. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods during standard operating hours. Card withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud. bd356 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
• No Fees: bd356 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or card-issuing bank may apply their own transaction fees. bd356 is not responsible for any third-party fees.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in BDT. bd356 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the responsibility of the player's payment provider.

Betting Rules & Void Markets

The following rules govern all bets placed on the bd356 sportsbook. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules:

• Bet Acceptance: bd356 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a price has been offered in error, where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Palpable Error: If a bet is accepted at a price that was clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), bd356 reserves the right to void or amend the bet to the correct price. Players will be notified of any such action.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Results from third-party aggregators are used as a reference only and do not override official governing body decisions.
• Void Markets: A bet may be voided and the stake returned to your account in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable cut-off period; the market is suspended due to a technical fault; the event is declared null and void by the governing body; or bd356 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets placed during a communications delay are subject to cancellation if the in-play event status has materially changed between placement and confirmation.
• Cricket Markets: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, a minimum of the following must be completed for bets to stand: For match winner markets — at least 5 overs per innings (unless one team is all out earlier). For specific over/session markets — the full over or session must be completed. These minimums may be adjusted for Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method situations.
• Stake Limits: Maximum stake limits apply per market and per player. bd356 may adjust stake limits for individual accounts at any time without prior notice. Your current applicable limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

bd356's trading team decisions on bet settlement and void markets are final. Disputes regarding settled bets must be submitted to our support team within 14 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be reviewed.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bd356 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount on qualifying markets at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Eligible Markets: Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, wagering requirements may be met by placing bets on any sports market or casino game offered on bd356. Certain high-variance games (e.g., specific slot games with RTP above 97%) may contribute at a reduced rate — details are provided on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period.
• Welcome Bonus: The bd356 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players who have previously held a bd356 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process, or carried forward beyond their expiry date.
• Withdrawal During Active Bonus: If you choose to withdraw real money funds while a bonus is active on your account, the bonus funds and any associated winnings derived from them will be forfeited. Only real money balance is returned. This applies unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

bd356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes to bonus terms will be notified to affected players via email or on-site message where practical. Continued use of the bonus following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Responsible Gaming & Age Restriction

bd356 is firmly committed to responsible gambling and player welfare. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun, bd356 provides the following tools and resources to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bd356 account at any time via the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before becoming active.

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the bd356 platform using automated tools or manual processes for commercial purposes.

Liability Disclaimer

• Technical Failures: bd356 is not liable for any bet settlement errors, delayed data feeds, or technical malfunctions caused by third-party data providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks beyond bd356's direct control.
• Player Losses: Gambling involves financial risk. bd356 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of their betting or gaming activity on the platform. Players acknowledge that they participate at their own risk.
• Third-Party Content: bd356 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party websites, platforms, or services referenced in connection with the bd356 platform.
• Indirect Losses: In no event shall bd356 be liable to any player for indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or incidental losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, even if bd356 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where bd356 is found to be liable for any direct loss suffered by a player, such liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount deposited by the player into their bd356 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by bd356's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

bd356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• bd356 has reasonable grounds to suspect the player of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• The player's betting patterns are indicative of professional arbitrage, bonus abuse, or the use of automated betting tools.
• The player has been registered as self-excluded and attempts to circumvent the self-exclusion mechanism.
• bd356 is required to close the account by any applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent authority.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, bd356 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately the player's real money balance (not bonus funds or winnings from fraudulent play), they will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of the investigation conclusion.

Players may also voluntarily close their bd356 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification is complete.

Amendments to These Terms

bd356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, updates to platform features or payment methods, and improvements to policy clarity.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bd356 will:

• Update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page to reflect the date the revised Terms come into force.
• Where reasonably practicable, notify registered players of material changes via email to their registered address or via an on-screen notification upon their next login.

Your continued use of the bd356 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using bd356 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which bd356 operates, to the fullest extent permissible.

In the event of a dispute between bd356 and a player, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: The player should first contact the bd356 support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1, the player may submit a formal written complaint to bd356 management. Formal complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the team and a written response provided within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, the parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. bd356 will co-operate fully with any such ADR process in good faith.

bd356 does not acknowledge the jurisdiction of any court or tribunal not agreed upon in writing by both parties, to the extent permissible by applicable law. Players are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their rights.
